Personal Trainer Dublin

Hi, My name is Bryan Kavanagh and I am a personal trainer from Dublin, Ireland. I currently work out of my personal training studio in Temple bar, Dublin City Centre. Click here to read about my personal training studio.

I have worked as a personal trainer for over a decade and I never fail to deliver amazing results.

If you want to read more head over to http://www.theabsgym.com or click the image below

I have had a lot of success working with people one-to-one as a personal fitness trainer but the problem is I want to help everyone that will listen! This isn’t like other personal trainer websites. I intend to help as many people as possible  that have questions about routines, nutrition and lifestyle management or anything regarding fitness training.

Comment on the posts! Ask questions and I will post/reply to them! This isn’t a company site or anything, just me! Ask, ask, ask!

  3. Bryan, great site. I have been to many sites that try to be like this but I have to admit you are an amazing guy. You provide so much info and help. I bought the ABS system and after 4 weeks i am loving it. All of your articles and even facebook comments are so helpful. The only thing that could be better is if you were in vancouver so i could have you as my trainer. You inspire a lot of people to better themselves and I thank you on their behalf. looking forward to many more blogs that help me be a better gym person!!! thanks man
